Fees and Payments

There are a variety of payment options available. Doug Atkinson will meet with you to tailor a payment schedule that works for your case and your financial needs.  Payment plans are available and you are not required to have the entire fee up front.

No case is the same and the fees are dependent on a number of factors that Mr. Atkinson will explain in detail. There is no charge to meet for the initial consultation so there is no reason to delay. Remember you only have fifteen days from the date of arrest to save your driver’s license if arrested for a D.W.I., D.U.I., or B.W.I.

By hiring Doug Atkinson you are paying for his trial skills, training, experience, and ability. You do not want to pay an attorney merely to plea you as quickly as he can. You want and deserve an attorney who is willing and skilled to fight for you.

We accept all major credit cards.
